### Danny Chiarastella, CFO of Expera IT

[Danny Chiarastella](https://www.linkedin.com/in/danny-chiarastella-97bb426/) is a Fractional CFO with [Amplify Advisors](https://amplifyadvisors.ca/), a growing firm specializing in accounting, business consulting, and recruiting. He brings more than 25 years of senior finance experience and helps growing organizations strengthen financial strategy, reporting discipline, and governance through practical CFO leadership. Previously, Danny served as Head of Finance for the Americas at 3P Learning, a global online education company, and as CFO of a publicly traded oil and gas services company. As a CPA, he has deep expertise in strategic planning, financial reporting, debt and equity financing, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate tax, and treasury management.

Danny also volunteers as the National Sponsorship and Fractional CFO Committee Chair for [Financial Executives International (FEI)](https://www.feicanada.org/), serves as Director at Large for [Calgary Gymnastics Centre](https://www.calgarygymcentre.com/), and previously served as Board Chair of the [CanLearn Society](https://www.canlearnsociety.ca/).
